For years, I thought I was building a brand around tea. But as I grew, healed, studied, and listened to God, I realized something deeper was happening. The teacup was never about tea--it was about the pause. The sacred moment. The breath between responsibilities. The quiet space where a woman finally hears her own heart again.

Teacups and Blessings was born from that space.

I am a women's Bible instructor, a journaling-therapy facilitator, and a woman wo has spent years walking with God through seasons of grief, growth, healing, and becoming. Every study I've taken, every certification I've earned, every workshop I've led, every prayer I've written has been preparing me for this ministry--a ministry of journaling, emotional processing, spiritual formation, and inner healing.

My calling is simple and sacred: to create a gentle space where women can slow down, reflect deeply, and become their whole selves--one page at a time.

Here, I guide women through journaling practices that help them name their emotions, explore their stories, and meet God in the quiet places of their lives. I design journaling and coloring pages, craft prompts that lead people through the journaling experience, write prayers that steady the heart and strengthen the soul. And I design journaling experiences for women of all ages, little girls, youth, and families who want to grow together.

Though you can buy journaling and coloring pages in my shop, Teacups and Blessings is not a product. It is a sanctuary. A soft-landing place. A pathway. A sacred pause. A journey inward and upward. A sacred space for becoming.

I didn't arrive here overnight. My ministry has been shaped through years of studying Scripture, walking with women through their hardest seasons, and learning how emotional health and spiritual formation intertwine

I've trained in women's ministry, grief work, counseling, mental-health support, and journaling facilitation--not because I was searching for a niche, but because God was forming me into a woman who could hold space for others.

Every certification, every workshop, every prayer I've written, every tear I've witnessed, every journal page I've filled--it has all been part of my becoming. and now, I help women step into theirs. 

Why Journaling Became My Ministry:

Journaling has always been where God meets me more clearly. It's where I process emotions, hear truth, release burdens, and rediscover peace.

Over time, I realized women needed more than encouragement--they needed guided pathways to slow down, reflect, and heal. They needed prompts that helped them name what they feel. They needed prayers that steadied their hearts. they needed sacred pauses in the middle of busy lives.

So I began what I wished I had: gentle, structured, Spirit-led journaling experiences that help women grow into their whole selves.

I envision a community of women who journal their way into healing, identity, and spiritual maturity--women who learn to listen to their hearts, honor their stories, and walk confidently in the presence of God. Through journaling gatherings, workshops, guided prompts and reflective spaces, Teacups and Blessings will continue to be a sanctuary where women journey together, heal together, and become together.
